Resilience to Climate Change

Resilience to climate change is of vital importance for the Mediterranean basin. Without the implementation of climate-resilient practices, we are at risk of rapidly losing agriculture, water resources, and biodiversity in the region in the not-so-distant future. The Eastern Mediterranean conducts research and initiatives aimed at assisting farmers, maintaining soil health, managing water, and preserving natural resources, particularly to help them withstand the effects of climate change.
